It is referred to as "valet" trash for a reason. The reason for this is that Valet Living is the benchmark for proper execution. Five nights a week, valet living communities receive doorstep garbage and recycling pickup. We also provide specialized days and hours to meet the unique requirements of your community.
Step 1
Getting the Trash Ready
On designated days, simply place your trash in your designated area (usually outside your front door or on your balcony). We provide color-coded bags to help keep everything organized.
For collection, every bag needs to be tied firmly. Nothing is missing. During transportation, bags must contain their contents safely and not tear or leak.
Step 2
We Pick Up Your Trash
Place the container, containing your securely tied trash bag, outside your front door during the two-hour time window before your collection begins.
Our uniformed staff will come to your location at the scheduled time, ensuring that your trash is collected and disposed of responsibly. We operate in the early morning or late evening to minimize disruption.
